Carlyle Swafford has worked in the multifamily industry since 1990, starting as a Maintenance Technician and now serving as a Chief Operating Officer. With over three decades of leadership across 60,000+ units, he brings hands-on experience from maintenance to executive management. His expertise spans operations, marketing, acquisitions, and financial strategy. A Certified Property Manager (CPM), Carlyle is known for developing people, repositioning challenged assets, and driving NOI growth through collaboration, integrity, and service excellence.
