ROB SAMUELS

Founder & CEO, Clarity Revenue Group

Rob Samuels brings an operator’s lens to supplier growth in multifamily.

As Founder of Clarity Revenue Group, Rob works with founder-led and growth-stage companies to diagnose what is actually breaking inside their revenue systems, leadership structure, and execution rhythm.

His background is not theoretical. He has built and led revenue organizations, developed sales teams, installed operating discipline, coached leaders, and helped companies move from individual effort to scalable systems.

That experience gives The Supplier Side its point of view: growth is rarely just about more leads, better tools, or harder work. Sustainable growth requires clarity, structure, leadership, and the willingness to say the hard thing.

Rob’s role as host is to create candid, practical, human conversations that go beyond the polished version and uncover what leaders actually learned in the messy middle of growth.

the supplier side

The Supplier Side goes behind the pitch and into the real stories behind supplier growth in multifamily.

Every company has a version of the same story. Things look good from the outside. The pipeline looks active. The team is busy. The product has traction. Then something cracks. The quarter falls apart. The handoff breaks. The founder becomes the bottleneck. The buyer goes quiet. The forecast misses.

That is where this show lives. Each episode features candid conversations with founders, CEOs, CROs, sales leaders, marketing leaders, customer success leaders, operators, and industry voices who have lived the messy middle of growth. This is not a supplier showcase, product demo, or polished interview series. It is a story-driven show about what looked true, what was actually true, and what leaders had to change when growth exposed the real problem.
